Clearvac Group offer a wide variety of Air Hygiene Services to any number of ventilation systems. These range from the Accommodation supply, Sanitary Extracts, Kitchen Extracts, Laundry Extracts and Hospital Operating Theatres to name a few.
Carrying out these services are crucial to ensuring the systems are compliant with current Health & Safety, Industry standard, Insurance Guidance and Regulations keeping any air supplied to an occupied area to a compliant standard. In the case of the extract systems ensuring that any fire hazards are removed and providing a Clearvac Certification for insurance purposes.

AIR HYGIENE COMPLIANCE
Clearvac Group will help you meet the requirements laid down in HTM03-01 by using the best practice to help prevent the spread and threat of infection through dirty ductwork systems. A ventilation system is out of sight, but it shouldn’t be out of mind.
To control the spread of infections, ductwork internal surfaces must be cleaned regularly. If not there will be a build-up of dust and dirt - a mixture of organic compounds including a high proportion of skin and hair - which are valuable nutrients for micro-organisms. These can easily become airborne and thus transmitted to your patients.
Clearvac Group will clean your ductwork and reduce the risk of spreading harmful germs such as MRSA, Staphylococcus Aureus and Clostridium Difficile without disrupting the day-to-day running of your hospital.

Access Panel installation for inspection purposes or as part of the cleaning purpose as set out by current guidelines.
Risk Assessments on ventilation systems for producing an Air Hygiene Programme to ensure the levels of cleanliness are brought or keep to an acceptable standard and prioritising programmes base on more critical systems.
Disinfection and Microbiological sampling to ensure the bacterial hygiene levels invisible to the eye are also monitored by sampling and treated where required by disinfection.
